About Role:

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven professional to represent Instafix at our retail store. The candidate will be responsible for selling refurbished smartphones, promoting smartphone repair services, engaging with walk-in customers, and driving store revenue through effective customer interaction and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Refurbished Smartphone Sales

- Promote and sell refurbished smartphones to walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable devices.
- Explain smartphone specifications, features, device condition, pricing, warranty, and available offers.
- Demonstrate smartphones and help customers compare different models.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations to close sales.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities through accessories and additional services.
- Maintain awareness of available inventory, pricing, and new stock.

2. Smartphone Repair Service Sales

- Promote Instafix's smartphone repair services at doorstep.
- Understand customer repair requirements and explain suitable service options.
- Communicate repair pricing, turnaround time, warranty,



and service benefits.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed repair bookings.
- Promote doorstep repair services and encourage customers to explore Instafix's service offerings.
- Coordinate with technicians and store operations to ensure smooth customer handovers.

3. Store & Customer Experience

- Actively engage with walk-in customers and ensure a welcoming store experience.
- Build customer trust through transparent communication and product demonstrations.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective customers to drive conversions.
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and local store marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, enquiries, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper coordination with the store team for inventory, billing, and customer service.

Skills & Qualification

- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, mobile phone sales, electronics sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Good understanding of smartphones, specifications, and features.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Comfortable working in a retail workplace and achieving sales targets.
