Key Responsibilities

- Gold Appraisal &
- Valuation: Conduct error-free weight, purity assessment, and valuation of gold ornaments pledged by customers according to company policy and auditory compliance.

- Vault &

- Security Management: Act as joint custodian of the vault to ensure safe-keeping of pledged gold securities.

- Business Growth &

- Sourcing: Canvass and source current customers, drive field-marketing activities, and expand the gold loan portfolio.

- Cross-Selling &

- Revenue: Drive sales of third-party financial products, such as insurance products, NCDs, and gold coins.

- NPA &

- Collection Control: Maintain low Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) through strict customer follow-ups for timely interest and principal collections.

- Operations &

- Compliance: Manage cash management, accounting, daily reporting, and 100% process compliance at the branch.

- Team Leadership: Hire, coach, train, and mentor branch staff while providing regular performance feedback.
