Role Description The Branch Head role is a full-time, in office position based in Hassan The Branch Head will oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch, including student admissions, academic delivery, and service quality. This role involves managing and mentoring teams, monitoring academic and business metrics, ensuring adherence to organizational processes, and driving student satisfaction and retention.

The Branch

Head will collaborate with academic and sales teams to implement strategic initiatives,



optimize resource utilization, and support local marketing and outreach activities. The position requires regular reporting to senior leadership, proactive resolution of operational issues, and maintaining a professional, student-centric environment within the branch.

Qualifications

- Experience in branch or center management, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Strong people management skills, including team coaching, performance monitoring, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship building.
- Sound understanding of sales and admissions processes, with ability to drive enrollment targets and enhance student experience.
- Competence in planning, organizing, and executing academic and administrative activities, ensuring high quality and process compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, families, faculty, and corporate leadership.
- Data-driven mindset, with skills in analyzing branch performance metrics and using insights to make decisions and improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate degree in management or education administration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the education or training sector, particularly in test-prep, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
