Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Mantha.

The Branch

Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing loan processing, customer service, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring branch staff, setting and monitoring sales and collection targets, and driving branch performance across all financial products. The role involves building and maintaining solid customer relationships, identifying local market opportunities,



and implementing initiatives to grow the branch’s portfolio profitably.

The Branch

Manager will also prepare regular reports, ensure risk controls are followed, and collaborate with regional and corporate teams to support business goals.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in branch operations management within banking, NBFC, or financial services, including sales, collections, and customer service.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead teams, set performance goals, coach staff, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Solid understanding of retail lending products (e.g., vehicle finance, home loans, SME loans, loan against property) and related credit and risk practices.
- Proficiency in basic financial analysis, reporting, and use of branch-level systems and tools for monitoring performance and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Mantha, with strong local market awareness and willingness to engage in field visits as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in management or finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in financial services, with a track record of meeting targets and maintaining high compliance standards.
