We are looking for a detailed, highly organized Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial operations, keep our books pristine, and support our financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain clean, up-to-date general ledgers, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R).

- Invoicing & Billing: Issue accurate client invoices, track milestone payments, monitor incoming funds, and manage vendor/subcontractor billing.

- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

- Payroll & Expense Tracking: Assist with payroll processing, track employee/project expense reports, and categorize cost centers accurately.

- Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow summaries) for executive review.

- Compliance & Tax Support:



Maintain organized financial records for tax preparation and assist external auditors or accountants as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (experience in infrastructure, construction, or engineering is a plus).

- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting tools (e.g., ZohoBooks, Xero, or Tally) and Microsoft Excel.

- Attention to Detail: Excellent numerical accuracy, analytical skills, and organization.

- Communication: Explicit written and verbal communication for handling vendor, client, and internal queries.
