Position: Body Shop Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Mandatory)

Industry: Automobile / Automotive Service

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily body shop operations.
- Handle vehicle accident repairs, denting, painting and bodywork activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with high-quality repair standards.
- Lead and monitor technicians, painters and other workshop staff.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for accident claims and approvals.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor job cards, repair estimates, spare parts and workshop productivity.
- Maintain safety standards, cleanliness and discipline within the workshop.




- Achieve monthly business targets and improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile body shop management (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of denting, painting and accident repair processes.
- Valuable leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and workshop operations.
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet delivery deadlines.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
