Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor BlueYonder systems to ensure availability and performance.
- Analyze system alerts and logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Configure and optimize monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring.
- Develop automated alerts and maintain monitoring documentation.
- Coordinate with development and operations teams.
- Share system health and performance reports with stakeholders.
Primary Skill: BlueYonder Monitoring Services
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
