Role DescriptionLeeway Biomedical is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Technical Trainer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom and hands-on training sessions on biomedical equipment, demonstrating equipment operations, and helping students develop the practical skills required for careers in the biomedical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on biomedical and medical equipment.
- Demonstrate equipment working principles, operations, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance procedures.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.




- Maintain training equipment and ensure proper laboratory safety practices.
- Support students in developing industry-relevant technical skills and preparing for interviews.
- Travel for technical training sessions, workshops, seminars, and institutional programs when required.

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of biomedical equipment, hospital technology, and basic troubleshooting.
- Good communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
- Willingness to travel for training and institutional activities.
- Previous experience in technical training or as an Application Specialist is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and an interest in teaching are encouraged to apply.
