Job Responsibilities

Prepare and verify contractor bills, RA bills, and client bills.

Handle quantity estimation, BOQ,



rate analysis, and billing reconciliation.

Verify measurements, work orders, and bills as per approved BOQ and contract terms.

Coordinate with site teams, project managers, contractors, and finance departments.

Monitor billing progress, material reconciliation, and payment certification.

Maintain billing records, MIS reports, and project cost documentation.

Manage billing entries, reports, and documentation using Farvision ERP.

Ensure accuracy of billing data and timely processing of contractor payments.

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7–10 years of relevant construction billing experience. Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP is mandatory.
