Check billing inputs, timesheets, purchase orders to confirm pricing and catch errors before issuing bills Liaise with clients, vendors or internal departments to investigate and resolve billing or pricing questions Help compile basic accounts receivable, billing, or audit reports as needed Dispatch invoices via email and/or courier Invoice filing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software (Word, Outlook) is preferred Familiarity with any billing software is an added advantage Robust attention to detail and high level of accuracy Clear verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients, vendors and staff
