Job Responsibilities

- Market and place bench consultants in the US IT staffing market.
- Work on available bench consultants and identify suitable project requirements.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Share consultants' profiles with vendors and clients through email and calls.
- Negotiate rates, C2C, W2, and contract terms.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and clients.
- Follow up on submitted profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain consultant databases and update daily marketing activities.
- Generate new requirements and ensure successful consultant placements.

Required Skills
- Experience in US IT staffing and bench sales.
- Knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, and implementation partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of US job portals and vendor management.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
