Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market bench consultants, identify client requirements, and place consultants on projects with implementation partners and end clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with the US staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in bench sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients across the US.
- Identify suitable contract opportunities for bench consultants based on their skills and experience.
- Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and placement details with vendors.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the entire placement process.
- Follow up regularly with vendors regarding submitted profiles and interview feedback.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, vendors,



and client requirements.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand consultant availability and project readiness.
- Ensure consultants are successfully onboarded after placement.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate records using ATS, CRM, and Excel.

Required Skills

- 15 years of experience in Bench Sales for the US IT Staffing industry.
- Strong network of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Experience marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US Citizen consultants.
- Valuable understanding of US visa types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Knowledge of US technologies and current market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, ATS, and job portals.
