Role Description The BFSI/NBFC Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Nizamabad. The trainer will conduct structured training sessions for employees and new hires in banking, financial services, and NBFC operations, products, compliance, and customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training content and modules, delivering classroom and small-group sessions, preparing assessments and learning materials, and evaluating participant performance and feedback.





The role also involves collaborating with corporate stakeholders to understand skill gaps, updating content to reflect current industry regulations and best practices, and maintaining training reports and documentation. The trainer is expected to support continuous skill development initiatives and contribute to improving overall workforce readiness in the BFSI/NBFC domain.

Qualifications

- Solid domain knowledge in BFSI and NBFC operations, including retail banking, lending, risk, compliance, and basic financial products.
- Experience in corporate or vocational training, with skills in instructional design, classroom facilitation, and learner engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Ability to design training content, case studies, and assessments aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Comfort working on-site in Nizamabad, managing schedules, batches, and training logistics in coordination with corporate teams.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (MS Office, presentation software, LMS platforms) and maintaining accurate training records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Management, or a related field; professional certifications in BFSI/NBFC or training are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a bank, NBFC, or financial services organization, especially in customer-facing or operations roles, is highly beneficial.
