The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through various channels, including direct sales and agency partnerships, while promoting our range of financial products such as life insurance, health insurance, and banking services. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a robust understanding of the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in bancassurance and related financial products.
- Engage with potential clients through field sales activities, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with agency partners to enhance sales opportunities and expand market reach.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about our offerings.




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of bancassurance and BFSI sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
