Profile: Customer Service - Inbound Voice & Cross-Selling

Qualification: Graduate / HSC
Salary: 21,000 CTC (16,800 In-Hand)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines and company standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate freshers are eligible.
- HSC candidates with up to 6 months of BPO experience can apply.
- Versant Level 3 or 4 communication skills required.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
