? Location: Mumbai | Travel Across India

? Experience: 3–8 Years

? Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Finance/Marketing) / CA

? Working days: 5 Days (WFO)

? Key Responsibilities:

▪ Build and onboard new lending partners

▪ Manage co-lending & business sourcing partnerships

▪ Drive monthly disbursement, AUM & revenue targets

▪ Manage partner relationships and improve wallet share

▪ Monitor portfolio quality, DPDs & partner performance

▪ Negotiate commercials, payouts, SLAs & partnership terms

▪ Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Product & Technology

▪ Drive API/LOS integrations and improve TAT

▪ Ensure adherence to RBI, KYC/AML & Digital Lending guidelines

? Key Requirements:





✅ 3–8 years of experience in SME/MSME Lending – Bank/NBFC/Fintech

✅ Minimum 1 year in Partnerships / Co-lending

✅ Solid understanding of SME Loans, LAP, Working Capital & Supply Chain Finance

✅ Proven track record in achieving business/disbursement targets

✅ Strong partner management, negotiation & analytical skills

✅ Willingness to travel
