Not for corporate or enterprise B2B sales. No long-cycle SaaS/enterprise selling, no corporate tie-ups, no RFPs. This is owner-facing field sales: you sit across from a gym owner, show them where their gym is losing money, and sign them the same week.

What you do

- Call every new gym-owner lead within 5 minutes, plus outbound calls to gym owners across India.
- Qualify: owner or co-owner? gym open or opening soon? size (2,000+ sq ft)? monthly collection? members? renewals?




- Book the free gym audit for our field consultants and make sure it happens.
- Target: about 80 audits booked a month (100+ quality calls a day). Incentive on every audit that actually happens.

Who fits

- 1–4 years of outbound calling to business owners or shop owners against a daily target – appointment setting, demo booking, merchant or partner onboarding calls.
- Fluent, confident Hindi; comfortable talking to owners as equals.
- Not for customer support or inbound-only roles.
