Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Jira Administrator/Consultant with 5-12 years of experience in managing, configuring, and supporting Atlassian tools. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Jira Administration, workflow customization, issue management, user administration, and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence platforms.
- Configure custom workflows, screens, issue types, fields, schemes, and permissions.
- Manage Jira projects, boards, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
- Perform user management, access control, and role-based permissions.
- Integrate Jira with third-party tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD platforms.
- Support Jira migration, upgrades, backup, and performance optimization activities.




- Develop and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation.
- Work closely with Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support.
- Create technical documentation and best practice guidelines.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira Administration.
- Experience in Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of Confluence administration.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with workflow customization and automation.
- SQL knowledge and scripting experience are preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Atlassian Certified Professional certifications.
- Experience in enterprise-level Jira implementations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
- Exposure to Data Center and Cloud migrations.
