We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Finance team as an Associate – T&E; Desk.
? Location: Mumbai Metropolitan Region
? Company: Bruker India Scientific Pvt. Ltd.
? Experience: 3–4 Years
? Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 (Negotiable)
? Employment Type: Third-Party Payroll

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪️ Manage day-to-day SAP Concur Travel & Expense operations.
▪️ Review, audit and validate employee expense claims in accordance with company policies.
▪️ Process expense reports and employee reimbursements accurately and within stipulated timelines.
▪️ Identify policy violations, exceptions and deviations, ensuring appropriate approvals.
▪️ Support Accounts Payable (AP) activities related to employee expenses and payment processing.
▪️ Resolve employee queries and discrepancies related to travel and expense claims.
▪️ Coordinate with Finance, AP, HR and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
▪️ Assist with expense reconciliation, reporting and SAP Concur administration.
▪️ Support internal audits, documentation and continuous process improvements.
? REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and Travel & Expense operations.
✔️ Knowledge of expense auditing, reimbursement processing and corporate expense policies.
✔️ Understanding of Accounts Payable and basic accounting principles.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
✔️ Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities.
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline preferred.
