Hiring: Tele Sales Executive International Process

Locations: Gurgaon & GIFT City, Gujarat

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Day Off

About the Role

We're looking for dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives for its International Sales Process. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with international customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international customers and generate sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, coverage, and policy terms to customers.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.




- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Fresher / Experience: Prior experience in telesales, international sales, or voice-based sales will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Sales Skills: Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer Orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Target Orientation: Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
