Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the development of our Building Management System (BMS) platform. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, and business teams to help take features from idea to delivery. Youll contribute across the product lifecycle: understanding customer needs, shaping requirements, writing clear documentation, and keeping delivery on track.

The ideal candidate has around 2 to 4 years of experience in product management or a closely related role, ideally in a B2B or enterprise software setting. Key Responsibilities

Understand customers and their workflows: engage with customers, sales, and customer success to learn how our users work, the problems they face, and what they value, then bring those insights back into the product.

Shape requirements and documentation: translate business and customer needs into clear PRDs, user stories,



and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can build against.

¢ Support product discovery and prioritization: help evaluate ideas and feature requests, contribute to prioritization decisions, and maintain a well-organized, groomed product backlog.

¢ Drive delivery through sprints: support sprint planning and day-to-day execution, keep Agile ceremonies on track, and help remove blockers so work ships on schedule.

¢ Collaborate across teams: act as a connection point between engineering, design, QA, sales, and customer success, keeping everyone aligned on what is being built and why.

¢ Work with data and feedback: track how features are used and perform, gather customer feedback, and use both to inform improvements.

¢ Support go-to-market: partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on releases, helping prepare product documentation, release notes, and enablement material.

What Were Looking For

¢ Around 2 to 4 years of experience in product management or a closely related role, ideally with B2B or enterprise software.

¢ A BE/BTech degree is required.

¢ Strong written communication, with the ability to produce clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

¢ Solid understanding of Agile ways of working, including sprint planning and backlog management.

¢ A customer-first mindset and genuine curiosity about how businesses and users operate.

¢ Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data and feedback to support decisions.

¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to keep cross-functional teams aligned.

¢ Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-changing work.

¢ A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to grow as a product manager.
