Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented and energetic candidates to join our Cinema Operations Team as Associates. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting daily cinema operations, assisting guests and ensuring the smooth functioning of Box Office, Food & Beverage (F&B;) and other operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free cinema experience.
- Handle movie ticket bookings, ticket sales and Box Office transactions.
- Manage Food & Beverage counter operations, including order taking and billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the lobby, food counters and auditoriums.
- Follow standard operating procedures for cash handling, billing and inventory management.
- Respond to guest queries and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
- Assist in daily stock checks, cinema opening and closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and operational standards.




- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers for smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, QSR, multiplexes or entertainment industries will be preferred.
- Graduate candidates are also encouraged to apply.
