Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely stock movement, and minimizing inventory discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily inventory activities and maintain accurate stock records.

- Monitor stock levels, inward and outward movement, and inventory ageing.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and internal teams for smooth stock movement.

- Prepare inventory reports and MIS.

- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain inventory accuracy.

- Support cycle counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Inventory Management.

- Experience in warehouse/inventory operations is preferred.

- Good knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock control.

- Hands-on experience with SAP/WMS/ERP systems.

- Good Excel and MIS reporting skills.

- Solid coordination and communication skills.
