As Associate

Director, you will own an $8–10M+ analytics and AI portfolio across several enterprise accounts. You'll lead 25–60 consultants, data scientists and engineers, and be accountable for growing those accounts, delivering high-quality work, and building reusable solution IP that sets LatentView apart. You'll be a trusted advisor to VP and CXO stakeholders at leading Technology, B2B SaaS and Media & Communications companies, and you'll help shape how they use data and GenAI to drive growth.

What You'll Do• Own the portfolio: Take full responsibility for revenue, margin and utilization across a multi-account analytics and AI portfolio.

• Grow accounts: Find new opportunities, shape solutions, write crisp proposals, and turn engagements into long-term strategic partnerships.

• Lead delivery at scale:



Oversee multi-team programs and set the standards for quality, governance and on-time delivery.

• Be the client's advisor: Present insights, roadmaps and business cases to VP/CXO audiences, and turn business problems into analytics and AI solutions with measurable impact.

• Raise the technical bar: Review model design, experimentation approaches and code in Python and SQL so solutions are statistically sound and ready for production.

• Take GenAI past the pilot: Lead GenAI/LLM solutions from proof of concept to production, with strong evaluation frameworks and guardrails.

• Build solution IP: Create reusable accelerators and frameworks in Marketing, Sales and GTM analytics that scale across clients.

• Develop leaders: Hire, mentor and grow a team of 25–60 people, and build the next generation of engagement and practice leaders.

What You Bring• 14–18 years of experience, including 8+ years in analytics, data science or AI consulting, or in a captive analytics/CoE function at a Technology or Media company.

• 4+ years owning delivery and client relationships for multi-team programs of 20+ people, with accountability for revenue, margin or utilization.





• Deep domain experience in Technology/B2B SaaS or Media & Communications, plus working fluency in the other.

• Strong domain expertise in Marketing analytics, Sales/GTM analytics or similar commercial analytics areas.

• A solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, experimentation (A/B testing) and causal inference.

• Enough hands-on skill in Python and SQL to review code and model design with confidence.

• A proven track record of leading teams that delivered at least one GenAI/LLM solution beyond proof of concept, including evaluation and guardrails.

• Strong executive presence: you can present to VP/CXO audiences and write sharp, persuasive proposals.

Good to Have• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery.• Understanding of MLOps practices and tools, such as MLflow, Airflow and CI/CD pipelines.• Experience building practice-level offerings, accelerators or go-to-market assets.

Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
