Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets through agency sales, distributor sales, and life insurance products.

- Build robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.

- Manage a team of agents to ensure effective performance management, training, and development.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience in insurance sales or related field (agency sales, business development).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams.

- Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) distribution model and ability to leverage it effectively.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
