We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, drive hiring strategies, and lead recruitment operations to meet the company's talent requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple positions and departments.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Handle bulk hiring as well as lateral and niche hiring requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, team productivity, and hiring turnaround time.
- Ensure effective sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.




- Ensure quality of hires and timely closure of open positions.
- Drive team performance and ensure adherence to recruitment processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 610 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior experience in a Team Lead / Assistant Manager role preferred.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
- Solid experience in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in BPO/KPO or Healthcare recruitment will be an added advantage.

Important Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be currently based in Andhra Pradesh.
- Must be willing to work from the Vizag office.
- Comfortable working in a day shift.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
