Position Overview The Assistant Manager raining (Technical IFM Hard Services) will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs for engineering, technical, and facility management employees across BVG India. The incumbent will drive technical capability development by imparting practical and theoretical knowledge on Mechanical, Electrical,

Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire & Safety, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy

Management, and other hard services associated with Integrated Facility Management (IFM).

The role requires a technically sound professional with hands-on operational experience in

Facility Management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to train employees at all levels. The candidate will also support competency mapping, technical audits,

Training Need Analysis (TNA), certification programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure world-class service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Training

- Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for engineers, supervisors,

technicians, and facility management staff.

- Conduct induction, refresher, certification, and skill enhancement training.
- Prepare technical training manuals, SOPs, presentations, videos, assessments, and practical demonstrations.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through written tests, practical assessments, and on-site observations.

Hard Services Training

Deliver training on

- HVAC Systems (VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Cooling Towers)
- HT/LT Electrical Systems
- Transformers, DG Sets, UPS & AMF Panels
- Electrical Distribution Systems




- Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
- BMS / IBMS
- ELV Systems
- CCTV & Access Control
- Plumbing Systems
- STP & WTP Operations
- Lift & Escalator Maintenance
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Utility & Energy Management

Technology & Digital Learning

- Train employees on CMMS and CAFM software.
- Introduce IoT, Smart Building technologies, AI-enabled predictive maintenance, and digital maintenance systems.
- Promote digital documentation and reporting practices.

Safety Training

Conduct technical safety programs covering:

- Electrical Safety
- Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- Working at Height
- Confined Space Safety
- Fire Safety
- PPE Usage
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
- Incident Investigation
- Emergency Response
- EHS Standards & Statutory Compliance

Documentation & MIS

- Maintain training records and competency matrices.
- Prepare monthly training reports and dashboards.
- Develop certification assessments and question banks.
- Maintain technical documentation and learning records.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Mechatronic Engineering

Experience

- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM).




- At least 3 years of experience in technical training or learning & development.
- Hands-on experience as a Technical Facility Manager, Engineering Managerr
