We're looking for a creative, articulate and proactive Marketing & Communications Executive who can help shape how BOHECO communicates with its consumers, builds communities and grows its digital presence.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Social Media & Content Strategy: Ideate, plan and execute social media calendars across platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging and relevant brand communication.
- Content Creation: Conceptualise and coordinate the creation of engaging content across formats, including reels, videos, photography, graphics and copy.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, creators and brand advocates to drive awareness, engagement and brand credibility.
- Brand Communication: Ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling across digital platforms, offline touchpoints, campaigns and marketing collaterals.
- Campaigns & Product Launches: Participate in brainstorming, planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.




- Creative Coordination: Work with internal teams and external creative partners to develop compelling visual and communication assets.
- Community Management: Engage with online communities, respond to consumer queries and help manage the brand's online reputation.
- Events & Partnerships: Support brand activations, collaborations and events that strengthen BOHECO's visibility and consumer engagement.
- On-Camera Participation: Be comfortable representing the brand in front of the camera for social media content, product explainers and other communication initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably with a D2C, consumer or lifestyle brand.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong articulation and attention to grammar.
- A good understanding of social media platforms, content trends and digital-first brand building.
- Experience in influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling and content ideation abilities.
- Working knowledge of Canva and basic design principles.
- An interest and willingness to learn about science, health, wellness and the Cannabis ecosystem.
- A proactive, hands-on individual who takes ownership and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative personality, openness to feedback and a genuine willingness to learn.
