Jhamtani is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to manage HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and overall HR functions. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, KPI/KRA implementation, and performance reviews.
- Handle employee grievances, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing,



salary revisions, and full & final settlements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and employee-related data.
- Manage exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/HR software.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage HR functions and drive HR initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
