HSE Executive / HSE Engineer - Solar Assets

Location: Solapur, Maharashtra

Role & Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor organizational Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs across solar assets and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Drive and promote a strong safety culture across site teams.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS).
- Assist in preparing Environmental & Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and Environmental Management Plans (EMP).
- Coordinate with the Central HSE team to identify training needs and facilitate internal/external HSE training programs.
- Monitor HSE processes and procedures, ensuring continual improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and operational learnings.
- Track health and safety performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Work closely with Site In-Charge, Operations teams,



and HSE stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of EHSS systems.
- Coordinate with the Central HSE team for the deployment, enhancement, and compliance of HSE policies, systems, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company HSE requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience in the Solar/Renewable Energy Industry.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in any discipline.
- Skilled Certification: ADIS / PDIS / Diploma in Industrial Safety / Equivalent Safety Qualification.
- Strong understanding of HSE management systems, incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
