Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring quality service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all dining and service areas.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
