Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor fund requirements based on upcoming bank liabilities and business requirements.

- Prepare cash flow statements, fund inflow-outflow reports, and bank liability statements for management review.

- Prepare MIS reports covering credit limits, utilization, Import Loans, Letters of Credit (LC), and Trust Receipts.

- Coordinate with banks, including Dubai-based banks, for managing and establishing credit facilities.

- Handle renewal of existing credit facilities and assist in obtaining new banking limits.

- Review import contracts and arrange Import LC for international suppliers.

- Coordinate with customers and banks for Export LC, document negotiation, and payment collections.

- Negotiate LC discounting rates with banks and manage document discounting and payment follow-ups.

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and customer collections.

- Manage daily bank transactions, remittances, and fund transfers.

- Record bank payments and receipt entries in NetSuite ERP.





- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and credit limit reconciliation.

- Maintain financial records and support statutory audits.

- Coordinate with management, banks, and internal departments for financial planning and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA in Finance / CA / B.Com Graduate with relevant finance and banking experience.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Banking Operations, or Trade Finance.

- Hands-on experience in managing bank credit facilities, credit limits, and fund management.

- Solid knowledge of Import LC, Export LC, Trust Receipts, Import Loans, and LC discounting.

- Experience in handling treasury operations, bank negotiations, and international banking transactions.

- Knowledge of Dubai banking operations will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

- Strong analytical, financial planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
