Minus30 Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive HORECA sales and expand our Ice Cream & Frozen Desserts business in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HORECA sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Acquire recent customers across hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, QSRs, caterers, and cloud kitchens.
- Develop and manage relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B; managers, and business owners.
- Expand market presence and product distribution across the assigned territory.
- Promote ice cream and frozen dessert products through sampling, product presentations, and menu placements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and customer visit plans.
- Manage key accounts, revenue, outstanding payments, and timely collections.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for product availability and timely deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and business development pipelines.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in FMCG Sales, preferably in the HORECA channel.
- Strong understanding of HORECA and institutional sales.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and sales target achievement.
- Strong network of hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutional customers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in territory management, sales forecasting, and market development.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
