Role Description

- Assist in architectural conceptualisation and design development.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings and detailed plans.
- Develop 3D models, renders and design visualisations.
- Assist in space planning, façade design and material selection.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants and clients.
- Participate in site visits and document site observations.
- Research materials, construction techniques and design solutions.
- Prepare client presentations and project documentation.
- Incorporate design revisions and feedback from senior architects.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and building construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, plans, sections and elevations.
- Valuable communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
