We are hiring for multiple positions across Accounts Receivable (AR OTC - Credit & Collections) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

Team Member (TM)AR- Credit collection

Subject Matter Expert (SME)-AR- Credit collection

Team Lead (TL)-AR- Credit collection

AR OTC - Credit & Collections Responsibilities

- Manage collections and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
- Handle dispute management and customer query resolution.
- Perform account reconciliation and aging analysis.
- Ensure timely cash collection and process compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
- Drive productivity, SLA adherence, and process improvements.

Accounts Payable (AP/AR Responsibilities-Fresher
- Process and validate vendor invoices.




- Perform vendor account reconciliations.
- Support payment processing activities.
- Resolve vendor queries and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with AP controls and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Skills Required
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of OTC, Credit & Collections, AP, P2P, Invoice Processing, and Reconciliations.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Candidates
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period can join before Nov- 23rd
- Candidates with experience in Shared Services/BPO/Global Delivery environments.
