Mandatory Skills

- 510 years of experience in Java development and/or L3 Application Support.

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and query optimization.

- Experience working with application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, or similar.

- Hands-on experience in production troubleshooting using application logs, thread dumps, heap dumps, and monitoring tools.

- Experience in L2/L3 application support, production incident management, and root cause analysis.

- Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a production support environment and handle critical incidents within defined SLAs.

Valuable to Have Skills

- Build tools and CI/CD: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.





- Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure.

- Containerization and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.

- Messaging and integration technologies: Kafka and MQ.

- Monitoring and observability tools: Datadog, Splunk, and Grafana.

- Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting.

- Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
