1. Key Responsibilities

- Proficiency in multiple South Indian languages- Tamil & Kannada, required to support business users across South India region

- Provide day-to-day IT support for Salesforce (SFDC) application, ensuring smooth business operations.

- Troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Understand business requirements and system workflows to identify issues and provide effective solutions.

- Coordinate with business users and relevant technical teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations through proactive issue management and effective communication.

- Is flexible to accommodate business working hours and support requirements, including shift adjustments when necessary.
