Role Description The Angel Investor and Co-founder will play a key role in shaping Westwall’s strategic direction, capital structure, and growth initiatives. This is a full time, hybrid role based in Siliguri, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and committing capital to the venture, collaborating on business strategy and product roadmap, and supporting the development of AI-driven and human advisory offerings.

The role involves building partnerships, contributing to brand positioning, and guiding financial, operational,



and compliance frameworks.

The Angel

Investor and Co-founder will also mentor the core team, participate in key hiring decisions, and represent the company in investor, client, and ecosystem-facing interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong background in investing, wealth management, or financial services, with the ability to assess risk, return, and long-term value creation.
- Demonstrated experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments, including strategic planning, scaling operations, and co-founder-level decision-making.
- Capacity to provide seed or early-stage capital and actively support fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to collaborate on product and technology strategy, ideally with exposure to AI-driven or digital advisory platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a client-centric mindset and high ethical standards.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Siliguri, with flexibility to engage in on-site meetings, team sessions, and ecosystem events.
- Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, CA, MBA) are an advantage.
