Quality Council of India (QCI) is looking for a agile and motivated professional to join its State Liaison Cell as an Analyst.

The role will involve working closely with State Governments, Government Departments, PSUs, Regulatory Authorities, Industry Associations and other institutional stakeholders to support strategic engagement and project development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinate and manage stakeholder engagement with State Government departments and institutional bodies.

? Support government liaison, meetings, consultations and official communications.

? Conduct policy research, monitor government schemes, policies and regulatory developments.

? Assist in identifying new business and project opportunities across states.

? Prepare concept notes, technical proposals, presentations, policy briefs and reports.

? Coordinate with internal QCI Boards and Divisions for project execution and implementation.

? Track project milestones, deliverables, MIS and stakeholder engagement activities.

Desired Profile:





✔ Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Commerce, Law, Life Sciences, AI/ML or an equivalent discipline.

✔ Master's degree in Public Administration/Public Policy will be preferred.

✔ 2–5 years of relevant experience in Government Relations, Public Policy, Project Management, Business Development, Consulting, Regulatory Affairs or the Development Sector.

✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, research and documentation skills.

✔ Good understanding of Government and State Government administrative structures.

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

✔ Knowledge of Hindi, English and Haryanvi/Punjabi will be preferred.

✔ Willingness to travel across states for official assignments.
