Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing techniques.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous innovation and optimization of AI-driven systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Azure OpenAI Service, Python Frameworks, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Solid experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in cloud environments.
- In-depth understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, including neural networks and image processing.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI pipelines for production environments.
- Experience with chatbot development and conversational AI systems.

Must have skills Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI

Python, PySpark, MLflow, model deployment

Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake integration

NLP, classification, predictive modeling, GenAI basics

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
