Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Must have skills : Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI Service, Python frame works, lang chain, Agentic AI design, multi-agent

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating generative AI models into scalable solutions, ensuring that these systems are production-ready and meet quality standards. Daily activities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop pipelines for both cloud and on-premises environments, exploring cutting-edge AI techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing, and continuously refining models to enhance performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business requirements.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their technical development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI Service, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud environments.
- In-depth understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks, and AI model optimization.
- Ability to design and maintain scalable AI pipelines for both cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
- Experience with integrating AI solutions into production systems ensuring robustness and reliability.
- Familiarity with conversational AI technologies such as chatbots and natural language processing.

Must have Knowledge in
- Agentic AI design, multi-agent orchestration, RAG architecture
- Insurance domain knowledge (underwriting, claims, policy)

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
