- Check the quality of raw materials and finished paint products.
- Perform quality testing as per company standards.
- Monitor paint production and maintain quality parameters.
- Identify defects and report quality issues.
- Maintain quality testing records and reports.
- Ensure proper color matching, viscosity, and paint consistency.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
- Follow safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. Chemistry.
- Experience: 1–3 years in the paint industry.
- Knowledge of paint testing and quality control.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality reports.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
