Role Description The Advocate role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Advocate is responsible for representing the company’s interests in legal and regulatory matters, preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements, and advising internal teams on compliance with relevant laws and industry regulations. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary, and maintaining accurate records of cases and legal correspondence.





The role also involves supporting risk management activities, participating in negotiations with stakeholders, and providing clear, practical guidance to business units to enable informed decision-making. Collaboration with management, operations, and finance teams is essential to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business processes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulations.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and review of agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Experience working with organizations in manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from an accredited institution; enrollment with a recognized Bar Council and eligibility to practice law.
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory professional practice.
