Urgently Hiring for Senior Advocate-Real estate

Experience: 8+ Years (Mandatory Real Estate Experience)

Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M.

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle real estate legal matters, property disputes, and litigation.
- Draft and review sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and property-related legal documents.
- Conduct property title verification and due diligence.
- Handle land acquisition, RERA compliance, and registration procedures.
- Manage legal notices, court cases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
- Must have experience in dastavej work, liasioning and all.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience as an Advocate in the real estate sector.
- Robust knowledge of property laws, land laws, and RERA regulations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Experience in handling property transactions and legal disputes.
