Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the advertising sales team
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle large clients and advertising agencies
- Prepare rate cards and promotional schemes
- Report regularly to management
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA or Mass Communication preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience in newspaper or media advertising sales
- Robust leadership and negotiation skills
