Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. The counselor is responsible for engaging prospective learners via phone, email, and in-person meetings to explain IMC’s training and certification programs, admission processes, and career outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, guiding applicants through course selection, managing application documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the admissions system.

The role involves coordinating with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding,



conducting follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments, and supporting information sessions, webinars, and events.

Counselor is expected to meet enrollment targets while providing a professional, supportive, and ethical experience to all prospective learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, achieve enrollment targets, and promote IMC’s programs in a consultative manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience in academic counseling, training, or professional development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, education, or counseling is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or admissions management systems; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort with outbound calling, follow-up activities, and working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida with a professional, inclusive, and learner-centered approach.
