About the Role

EduNirvana is looking for a motivated, result-oriented, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student inquiries, understanding their academic backgrounds and career aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable educational opportunities, including international study pathways.

We are looking for someone who combines strong communication skills with a consultative approach, proactive follow-ups, and the ability to achieve admission and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, and individual requirements.
- Provide guidance on suitable courses, universities, countries, and admission pathways.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their parents.
- Convert qualified leads into applications through effective counselling and structured follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, lead status, and counselling activities in the CRM.
- Follow up proactively with prospective students to ensure timely application progression.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on admission requirements, educational opportunities, and study-abroad trends.




- Ensure a positive and professional student experience throughout the counselling process.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in Education Counselling, Banking, Insurance, EdTech Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clarity and confidence in conversations.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student inquiries simultaneously.
- Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining consistency in follow-ups.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and responsible approach to work.
