Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, and campus counselling.
- Understand student needs and explain suitable courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle objections, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain lead records and daily follow-up reports.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, EdTech sales, or target-based telesales.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Confident in student and parent interactions, negotiation, and closing.
- Self-motivated, organised, and focused on achieving targets.
