Role DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven Accounts Receivable (AR) & Credit Control Executive to take full ownership of client payment collections, tax compliance follow-ups, and creator payout tracking.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our cash-flow movement - actively pursuing overdue client receivables, filing statutory grievances/petitions (MSME/GST/TDS) when necessary, and ensuring creator payouts are cleared on time. You will work alongside our existing core accounting team (who handle ledger booking, Tally entries, and tax filings) so you can focus 100% on credit control, payment enforcement, and cash collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Payment Collection: Actively track, follow up on, and collect overdue receivables (basic amount, GST, and TDS) from brand clients to maintain tight payment timelines.
- AR Matching & Clearing: Accurately match incoming bank payments against pending invoices and mark creator payments ready for clearing by the accounts team.
- Legal & Statutory Escalations:



Prepare and file legal/statutory petitions via the MSME Samadhaan portal for chronically delayed client payments; send formal payment notices over email.
- GST & TDS Defaulter Resolution: Monitor GST/TDS defaulters, exchange formal communications over the GST portal, and file grievances on the TDS/TRACES portal for unreflected or mismatched TDS credits.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Partner with campaign managers and talent managers to align payment releases with project milestones and brand contracts.

- Qualifications & • Experience

- Proven AR & • Debt Collection Experience:

Solid track record of recovering receivables in an agency, media, or service industry setup.
- Statutory Portal Expertise: Practical experience navigating the MSME Samadhaan portal, GST Portal (grievances & communications), and TDS/TRACES portal.
- Financial Communication & • Escalations:

Firm yet professional communication skills to deal with client procurement/finance teams, draft formal payment notices, and resolve tax discrepancies.
- Process Discipline: Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking receivable aging schedules and invoice-matching logs.
- Education & • Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience in credit control and receivables management.
