Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Centre Operations Executive to monitor ICA franchise centre operations, supervise examinations, ensure compliance with academic guidelines, and coordinate with centre teams for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Visit ICA franchise centres across the West Zone as per the planned schedule.

Supervise student examinations, evaluate answer sheets, and maintain assessment records.

Inspect centre infrastructure, classrooms, laboratories, and academic facilities.

Monitor centre operations and ensure compliance with ICA guidelines.

Coordinate with franchise centres and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Identify gaps, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.





Prepare centre visit reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility

B.Com graduates only.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior accounting experience who wish to transition into centre operations are also encouraged to apply.

Mandatory: Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with Tally Prime are required.

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Basic accounting and reporting abilities.

Willingness to travel across the West Zone as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
